The Operational Rates of Exchange listed herein are intended only for the internal record-keeping of the United Nations. No warranty of accuracy can be given and the United Nations shall not assume any responsibility in connection with the present publication of these rates.The operational rates of the United Nations are published for internal operations of the U.N. and their agencies. They are not to be used as a database for market rates by outside parties. Please do not quote the operational rates for database for market rates or any indication of market.
The rates continue to be effective from the effective date and further on until revised. Still, for the regular monthly revisions, all currencies will be posted for the rates whether or not they are changed. However, for mid-month revisions, only the currencies with rate changes will be posted.
Please note
1) the Cuban Peso (CUP) has a new official rate of 24 effective 1 January 2021.
2) the Libyan Dinar (Libyan Dinar) is devalued to 4.48 effective 3 January 2021.
For the mid-month revision of 15 Feb 2021, the Euro is shown as the same rate as 1 Feb, but it has hidden different decimal points after the third decimal point digit which affect the linked currencies. Therefore, despite the apparent no change, it is listed for 15 Feb 2021 unlike other currencies unchanged for the mid-month.
Sudan adopted the managed floating system of its currency. Please note that the devalued operational rate of 376 effective 1 March 2021.
If you had downloaded the rates of 1 June 2021 before noon of 27 May 2021, a batch with SSP (South Sudanese Pound) of 405, please reload to revise the SSP to 414.59 for 1 June 2021 as in the website.
