General Information

Purpose

Supported Browsers

This website has been developed and tested for Microsoft Internet Explorer 11.

We can not guarantee that all functionality is available on other browsers, although according to our experience basic functionality is available on Firefox and Chrome.

File Export Functionality

The website gives you the possibility to export the current operational rates. Use the Export To links right above the listing of the current rates. You may select between XML and delimited text formats. Delimited text uses to separate the fields. This format can be used to import rates to MS Excel.

Depending on your browser's security settings the export functionality can be limited by pop-up blockers or by preventing the automatic display of the file downloads option. In case the file export does not directly open the requested XML or Excel file, you can use the link displayed on the website after processing has completed. This link will also allow you to save the file directly. Please note that during file processing all other functionality may be disabled. Should you experience a problem downloading the file you can re-try after several minutes.

Microsoft Excel may warn you that the content of the file does not correspond to its file extension. It is safe to ignore this warning and to open the file.
In case you are using "," as a decimal separator Microsoft Excel may interpret rates as a date. To avoid this problem we recommend to export to XML and to open this XML file from Excel. Depending on the import method chosen some additional columns may be displayed, which can easily be removed.
